At Zhang Village customers can uncover Malaysia’s most cherished foods with a focus on authentic Nanyang cuisine. Carefully curated by Master Cheong Hoong over the decades, one of the treasured items in the range is Bentong Highland Ginger, sourced from high-quality, sustainable farms in Pahang. The slopes of these farms are well maintained, with proper venting and drainage systems in place with irrigated by natural mountain waters. The French Way

In a spirited collaboration between the Sunway Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts and the Le Cordon Bleu Alumni Association – Malaysia chapter, this year’s Taste MIGF will see a pop up kiosk set up by our Alumni. Founders of MORPH, Evon and Keoh, will be present to showcase a range of their signature items including citrus poppy madeleines, pecan tarts, three layer bavarois cups, lemon cheese cakes and more Visitors will also have the opportunity to attend cooking demonstrations in the Gourmet Village, conducted by Master Chefs of Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia- Chef Rodolphe Onno and Chef David Morris together with two Celebrated alumni, Dato’ Fazley Yaakob and Darren Chin.
